D1 - Mananjary / Ambohimahatsinjo: 7 hours of navigation

Departure on the Pangalanes from the pier of La Route des Epices; discovery of craft workshops in Ampadimana; crossing the extraordinary bay of Andragnazavaka with its immense stretch of water as far as the eye can see. Halt at Ambohitsara to visit the "Vato Sarilambo"; lunch then navigation to Ambohimahatsinjo. Bivouac.

D2 - Ambohimahatsinjo  / Atsohihy : 6 hours of navigation

First stopover in Nosy Varika to go to the market to find some organic and fresh foods for lunch; crossing of the mythical great lake of Analampontsy which leads to Masomeloka; arrival at the La Route des Epices campsite in Atsohihy, a strip of land wedged between the Pangalanes Canal and the Indian Ocean (with its white sand beach); free afternoon with possibility of swimming. Photoshoots of the unforgettable sunset over the Pangalanes Canal. Bivouac by the sea.

D3 - Atsohihy / Mahanoro: 5 hours of navigation

Break in Ampangalana, visit a spice plantation (vanilla, cloves, cinnamon, etc.) while talking with the owner of a small shop typical of the region. Meal and crossing the embouchure of the Mangoro river; progress towards Mahanoro via the small supply channel; disembarkation at the river port.
